The Syrian Construction and Building Institution / Damascus Branch / announces a public bidding by sealed envelope with total speed, for the second time for the investment in Al-Fayhaa Asphalt Plant, located in the Rural Damascus Governorate, Al-Fayhaa area, according to the following conditions:

Investment Duration: Three calendar years

Bidder's Commitment Duration: 60 days

Initial Guarantees: 4,000,000 SYP

Final Guarantees: 10% of the contract value

Price of the announcement file: 5000 SYP only five thousand new Syrian pounds, and it can be obtained from the Damascus Branch - Legal Department - Contracts Division

Offers should be submitted to: The branch office located in Barzeh - opposite the former Tishreen Military Hospital

Last date for submitting offers: On / Monday / corresponding to 19 / 10 / 2026 until the end of official working hours
