  • Investment: Advertising investment rights around football stadiums Initial guarantees: 7,500 USD Starting price: 150,000 USD Bidding time: 11:00 AM
  • Investment: Broadcast and radio transmission investment rights Initial guarantees: 2,500 USD Starting price: 50,000 USD Bidding time: 12:00 PM
  • Investment: Digital electronic transmission and broadcasting investment rights Initial guarantees: 7,500 USD Starting price: 150,000 USD Bidding time: 1:00 PM

With consideration of the following:

  • Final guarantees: 10% of the referral value.
  • Duration of the bidder's commitment to their offer: As stated in the legal, financial, and technical specifications for each investment.
  • Applications for participation in each investment are accepted: Until the official working hours on (Tuesday) 13/10/2026, provided that the application for each investment is submitted to the office of the Syrian Arab Football Federation (Damascus - Al-Fayhaa City).
  • Bidding date: For investments on (Wednesday) 14/10/2026 at the headquarters of the Syrian Arab Football Federation (Damascus - Al-Fayhaa City).
  • Price of the file for each investment: (10,000) ten thousand Syrian pounds only.
  • Where to obtain the terms of reference: The legal, technical, and financial terms of reference for each investment can be obtained from the headquarters of the Syrian Arab Football Federation - financial department after paying the price of the file.
