The Antioch Patriarchate and the Eastern Churches for the Orthodox Christians announce their desire to announce a request for proposals in a sealed envelope to conduct a review, reform, and development of institutional policies and procedures for a group of international and local organizations working in the humanitarian field in Syria and licensed accordingly. This project comes within the framework of "Enhancing Institutional Accountability and Policy Frameworks for Syrian NGOs in line with (CHS & Sphere) standards, which will be implemented by GOPA-DERD.

Place to Obtain Documents: Those wishing to obtain the terms of reference can visit the offices of the department in Damascus (General Administration) and in its offices in the provinces starting from Monday, October 12, 2026.
