The Syrian Construction and Building Institution / Damascus Branch / announces a public bidding by sealed envelope for the investment of Al-Fayhaa Asphalt Plant located in Rif Dimashq Governorate, Al-Fayhaa Area, according to the following conditions:

  • Investment Duration: Three Gregorian years.
  • Bidder's Commitment Duration: 60 days.
  • Initial Guarantees: 4,000,000 SYP.
  • Final Guarantees: 10% of the contract value.
  • Price of the announcement file: 5000 SYP only five thousand Syrian new pounds, and it can be obtained from the Damascus Branch - Legal Department - Contracts Division.
  • Submission of offers: Offers should be submitted to the branch's office located in Barzeh - opposite the former Tishreen Military Hospital.
  • Last date for submitting offers: Tuesday, 2026-10-06 until the end of official working hours.
  • Opening of offers: In a public session on Wednesday, 2026-10-07 at 11:00 AM.
