The Industrial City of Aleppo announces a request for proposals for the second time in a sealed envelope for the project of supplying water meters and materials for water networks and pumping stations. Proposals are submitted in a large envelope labeled with the name of the bidder and the subject of the proposal and containing three envelopes:

  • First Envelope: Contains the supporting documents, initial guarantees, and financial receipt.
  • Second Envelope: Contains the technical offer with a special label.
  • Third Envelope: Contains the financial offer with a special label.

  • Initial Guarantees: /1,100,000/ SYP (one million one hundred thousand Syrian pounds).
  • Final Guarantees: 10% of the referral value.
