  • Final Guarantees: 10% of the referral value.
  • Delay Penalty: 0.1١% one per thousand of the referral value.
  • Execution Duration: /150 days/.
  • Warranty Duration: /one Gregorian year/.
  • Contractor Category: The contractor must be from the category / third - second - first - excellent / specializing in water and sewage networks and dams.
  • Last Date for Submitting Offers: Until the end of business hours on Thursday 2026/10/24.
  • Bid Opening Session: At eleven o'clock on Sunday 2026/10/27, and the bidding session will be held at the headquarters of the Bidding Committee located in the office of the head of the Financial Affairs Department in the Industrial City of Aleppo.
  • Offer Validity Duration: 120 days.
  • Duration of the Selected Contractor's Commitment to His Offer: 120 days starting from the day following the date he is notified of the referral of the contract to him.
  • Method of Submitting Offers: Submit offers to the Diwan of the Industrial City in a large envelope marked with the name of the bidder and the subject of the offer containing two envelopes: the first contains the required documents as stipulated in the contracts system issued by Law No. /51/ for the year 2004 and the initial guarantees and the financial receipt for the price of the file, and the second contains the financial offer affixed with a stamp worth /1500/ SYP.
