Tender Announcement for the Supply of Printers and Inks
The Ministry of Emergency and Disaster Management announces a tender for the supply of printers and inks, in accordance with the technical, legal, and financial specifications.
Tender Details
- Tender Number: MEDM-M-0004840-26
- Temporary Guarantees: 250,000 SYP
- Final Guarantees: 10% of the contract value
- Execution Duration: 30 calendar days from the date of notification of the commencement order
- Currency for Payment: New Syrian Pound
- Conditions for Participation: Interested parties should refer to the Ministry of Emergency and Disaster Management – General Office to obtain the tender file for a fee of 5000 SYP only (non-refundable).
- Timeframe for Purchasing the File: From the date of announcement until 2026-10-10 from 10 AM to 2 PM daily, excluding Fridays and Saturdays.
- Important Notes: Bidders are required to provide all necessary guarantees, and failure to pay the guarantee will result in the rejection of the offer.
- Bidder's Commitment Duration: 20 days starting from the day after the deadline for submitting bids.
- Duration of Commitment for the Selected Contractor: 90 calendar days starting from the day after the date of awarding the contract.
- Submitting the Offer: The bidder must submit their offer in New Syrian Pounds.
- Ministry's Right: The ministry reserves the right to cancel or reissue the tender without providing reasons.
Last Date for Submitting Offers: End of business on 10-10-2026.
Date for Opening Offers: To be determined later.
