Description

The Ministry of Emergency and Disaster Management announces the provision of personal safety equipment necessary for support in emergencies and disasters. The tender includes providing equipment according to the highest quality standards and specifications outlined in the specifications document.

Initial Guarantees: 185,000 SYP.

Final Guarantees: 10% of the contract value.

Execution Duration: 20 calendar days from the date of notification of the commencement order.

Currency for Payment: New Syrian Pound.

Conditions for Participation: Interested parties must refer to the Ministry of Emergency and Disaster Management to obtain the tender file for a fee of 5,000 SYP only. A sealed and signed written request must be submitted.

Deadline for Purchasing the File: From the date of announcement until 10-10-2026 from 10 AM to 2 PM, excluding Fridays and Saturdays.

Important Notes: Bidders must provide all required guarantees, and failure to pay the guarantee will result in the bid being rejected. In the case of submitting a joint bid, a participation request must be submitted, including a commitment that they are mutually responsible and solidary. The duration of the bidder's commitment to their bid is 20 days starting from the day after the deadline for bid submission.

Bids that do not meet the requirements will be automatically rejected. The ministry reserves the right to cancel or re-tender without giving reasons.

The bidder must submit their bid in new Syrian Pounds.
