Description

The tender is conducted according to the unified contracts system for public entities issued by Law No. 51 of 2004. Payments will be according to the conditions specified in the general and special terms book.

Initial Guarantees: 5% of the estimated value.

Final Guarantees: 10% of the referral value.

All partners must provide temporary and final guarantees, along with a subscription request indicating that they are mutually supportive and solidary.

Deadline for Submission

Bids must be submitted to the General Authority for Road Transport in Damascus or sent by registered mail to arrive and be recorded at the authority's office before the end of official working hours on Wednesday, 4/11/2026.

Bid Opening Session: Thursday, 5/11/2026 at 10:00 AM.

Important Notes: Public construction institutions and companies are given a preferential advantage in accepting the prices submitted by them.

A contractor classification document for road and bridge works (first, second, and third categories) is required, along with the purchase of the terms book for 3000 SYP.
