Description

The tender is conducted according to the unified contracts system for public entities issued by Law No. 51 of 2004 and the general conditions booklet issued by Legislative Decree No. 450 of 2004, and according to the specific technical specifications and the legal and financial conditions booklet, and the bidder is considered to be aware of the project file.

Estimated Inspection Value: 5,167,400 SYP only five million one hundred and sixty-seven thousand four hundred Syrian pounds only.

Initial Guarantees: 5% of the estimated inspection value valid until the bidder's commitment to their offer ends.

Final Guarantees: 10% of the referral value, and all partners submit temporary and final guarantees, and the participation request includes that they are mutually responsible and solidary.

Bidder's Commitment Duration: 60 days from the date of bid submission.

Duration of Commitment of the Selected Contractor: 180 days from the day following the date of notification of the referral order.

Bids are submitted to the office of the General Establishment for Road Transport in Damascus or sent by registered mail to reach and be recorded in the office located on Al-Hamra Street opposite the Parliament according to what is stated in the legal and financial conditions booklet in both cases before the end of official working hours on Wednesday, 4/11/2026.

Bids will be opened in a public session at ten o'clock in the morning on Thursday, 5/11/2026.

Public construction institutions and companies are given a preferential advantage by accepting the prices submitted by them with an increase not exceeding (10%) over the lowest price offered by the private sector.

Submission of a contractor classification document for road and bridge works of the first, second, and third categories (Classification 2024) issued by the Ministry of Public Works and Housing for the year 2026 (the offer not accompanied by this document will be rejected), and a receipt for purchasing the file.
