The Ministry of Emergency and Disaster Management announces a request for proposals for the supply of an aerial imaging system – drones with accessories, in accordance with the technical, legal, and financial specifications document.

Tender Details

  • Temporary Guarantees: 1,000,000 SYP
  • Final Guarantees: 10% of the contract value
  • Execution Duration: 20 calendar days from the date of notification of the commencement order
  • Currency for Payment: New Syrian Pound
  • How to Obtain Tender Documents: Interested parties should refer to the Ministry of Emergency and Disaster Management – General Office to obtain the tender file for a fee of 5000 SYP only, non-refundable.
  • Time Available to Purchase the File: From the date of announcement until the date: 01-11-2026 from 10 AM to 2 PM daily, excluding Fridays and Saturdays.

Important Notes

  • Bidders are required to provide all necessary guarantees, and failure to pay the guarantee will result in the rejection of the bid.
  • In the case of a joint bid, a participation request must be submitted including a commitment that they are mutually responsible and solidarity.
  • The duration of the bidder's commitment to their bid is /20 days/ twenty days starting from the day after the deadline for submitting bids.
  • The duration of the selected contractor's commitment to their bid is (90) ninety calendar days starting from the day after the date of notification of the contract award.
  • Bids that do not meet the requirements will be automatically rejected.
  • The bidder must submit their bid in New Syrian Pounds.
  • The ministry reserves the right to cancel or re-tender without giving reasons and without the bidder having the right to claim any compensation.
  • Last Date for Submitting Bids: End of business on 01-11-2026.
  • Date for Opening Bids: To be determined later.
