The Ministry of Energy announces an internal request for price proposals urgently to secure equipment for the Zoom Room and the Multipurpose Hall on the 15th Floor for the Conference System and the Conference System, according to the following data:

  • Temporary Guarantees: 721,418 SYP (Seven hundred twenty-one thousand four hundred eighteen Syrian pounds only).
  • Final Guarantees: 10% of the contract value.
  • Delivery Duration: 30 calendar days.
  • Delay Penalties: One per thousand of the total contract value for each day of delay, not to exceed 20% of the total commitment value.
  • Bidder's Commitment Duration: 30 days starting from the day following the last date for submitting bids.

In all matters not addressed in this announcement and the special conditions booklet, the provisions of the Unified Contracts System issued by Law No. 2004/51, and the provisions of the General Conditions Booklet issued by Decree No. /450/ for the year 2004 shall apply.

Those wishing to participate can obtain the special conditions booklets from the Contracts Department at the Legal Affairs Directorate at the Ministry of Energy for a fee of /500/SYP, payable at the Ministry of Finance, Central Treasury Directorate.

Bids should be submitted to the Ministry of Energy's office in Damascus - Dummar Project - Al-Jazeera /1/ - 13th floor. Bids will be accepted until the end of official working hours on Monday, 2026-10-26.
