Description

This project aims to implement asphalt paving for various streets in the mentioned neighborhoods. The contractor must provide temporary guarantees equivalent to 5% of the estimated inspection value paid by a transfer, bank guarantee, or certified check. Also, final guarantees equivalent to 10% of the referral value.

Important Details:

  • Duration of Commitment: 60 days from the date of being notified of the award of the bid.
  • Delay Penalty: One per thousand for each day of delay.
  • File Price: 5000 SYP (Five thousand Syrian pounds) to be reviewed and purchased from the Contracts Department.
  • Place of Submission: The office of the Tartus City Council with the supporting documents according to Article 11 of Contract System No. 51 of 2004.
