Detailed Description of the Tender:
The General Company for Cement and Building Materials Industry and Marketing - Omran announces its intention to conduct a tender for the first time to secure and supply a total quantity of /200,000 tons ± 25%/ of raw clinker material. This tender aims to meet the needs of both the Hama Cement and Building Materials Plant (Central Region branch) and the Adra Cement and Building Materials Plant (Southern Region branch).
Main Terms and Conditions:
- Required Quantity: 200,000 metric tons of clinker material, with a margin of increase or decrease of 25%.
- Delivery Locations: Delivery is made at the Hama Cement and Building Materials Plant, Central Region branch, and the Adra Cement and Building Materials Plant, Southern Region branch.
- Provisional Guarantees: Bidders must submit provisional guarantees amounting to (500,000) USD.
- Final Guarantees: The value of final guarantees is 10% of the total referral value and is required upon tender award.
