The Ministry of Emergency and Disaster Management announces a tender for the complete speed to implement rehabilitation and operation works for the ferries and roads connecting the countryside surrounding Al-Siha and Al-Siha Dam, in accordance with the technical, legal, and financial specifications. The tender number is: 26-MEDM-al-0005458.

Estimated value: /36,445,000/ thirty-six million four hundred and forty-five thousand Syrian pounds.

Initial guarantees: /1,822,250/ SYP one million eight hundred and twenty-two thousand two hundred and fifty Syrian pounds.

Final guarantees: 10% of the contract value.

Duration of the bidder's commitment to their offer: /60/ sixty calendar days from the day following the end of the bid submission deadline.

Execution duration: /75/ seventy-five calendar days after signing the commencement order and handing over the work site.

Conditions for participation:

Those wishing to participate should refer to the Aleppo Directorate: Aleppo - Sheikhhan Roundabout - Northeast corner of the roundabout - the office to obtain the tender file for a fee of 5000 new Syrian pounds only and its price (non-refundable).

The time available to purchase the file and apply for the tender: from the date of the announcement until the end of working hours on 2026/10/04 from 10 AM to 2 PM daily except for Fridays and Saturdays.

Bid opening date: 2026/10/05.

Important notes: In case of non-payment of the initial guarantees, the offer will be considered rejected, and offers that do not meet the conditions will be automatically rejected. The ministry reserves the right to cancel or re-tender without giving reasons and without the bidder having the right to claim any compensation.
