Those wishing to participate in the request for proposals must submit their offer accompanied by the required documents according to the terms and conditions specified in the special terms and conditions book to the Ministry of Culture located in Damascus - Al-Malki until the end of official working hours on Thursday 01/10/2026.

The technical, legal, and financial terms book can be purchased from the Ministry of Culture for an amount of 1,000 SYP (One Thousand Syrian Pounds only).
