Based on the approval of the Governor of Al-Hasakah No. 609/ح dated 06/08/2026, the Directorate of Education and Teaching in Al-Hasakah announces a public auction for the investment of the Sub-District Seminar and Schools in Al-Hasakah Governorate. The temporary guarantees: a fixed amount of 5000 SYP only five thousand Syrian pounds. The final guarantees: 10% of the referral value. Delay penalties: one per thousand for each day of delay. Duration of commitment: three months. Applications are accepted starting from Monday, 14/09/2026 until the end of official working hours on Tuesday, 29/09/2026.
