Conditions and Documents

The bidder must meet the conditions stipulated in Law No. /51/ of 2004, especially articles (11-13-14-15). The bidder's commitment to their offer is ninety days starting from the day following their notification of the contract award. The final guarantees are 10% of the award value, and the bidder must be registered in the official advertisements bulletin for 2026 and classified with the Contractors Syndicate at the same level of work. The initial guarantees must also be paid at a rate of 5% of the estimated value by means of a certified check or bank guarantee, along with a financial receipt for the value of the special conditions books for the project and all fees and stamps from the Latakia Financial Directorate, under penalty of rejection of the offer.

Condition books can be obtained from the Directorate of Technical Services in Latakia (Legal Department).
